A ring made from your idea

Start with the detail you know. It might be an oval centre stone, the height of a setting, or a band you want the engagement ring to sit beside. Ksenia can work from a reference while discussing the details of a new piece. There is no Sydney showroom; send images and questions online, and arrange a video call if seeing the proportions together would help.

The clock matters when suggesting a call. Sydney is two hours ahead of Shenzhen on standard time and three hours ahead during daylight saving. At noon in Sydney, it is 10am or 9am in Shenzhen. NSW daylight saving begins on 4 October 2026; Ksenia replies from Shenzhen, so allow for her local time when you write.

A lab-grown diamond can be considered alongside a natural stone when you discuss the design. For a lab-grown centre stone of 0.30 carat or larger, an independent laboratory report is included in the price; side and pavé stones are not individually reported. Ask to see the proposed stone’s details before approving the ring.

For sizing, visit a Sydney jeweller to have the intended finger measured, or use a ring sizer. Measure the finger on which the ring will be worn and tell Ksenia the size and the sizing system used. If your reference shows a wide band, mention that too: the band’s width is part of the design discussion, not a detail to guess from a photograph.

Tell Ksenia the date before the design is agreed. An order usually takes three to four weeks to reach Australia, so leave room in your own plans for decisions about the stone, design and size. Delivery to Sydney is included in the price. ENBOM DIAMONDS carries the risk of loss or damage until delivery and will remake the piece or refund it in full if it is lost or damaged.
