Can I design the ring without visiting a shop?

Yes. Send Ksenia a photograph, link or description and point to the parts you care about. A photograph might show the shape of a pear centre stone but leave the side view unclear; ask about the setting height and how it will sit on the hand. Ksenia discusses a new ring with you online. There is no Gold Coast showroom.

The Gold Coast follows Queensland time, which is UTC+10 all year. Shenzhen uses UTC+8, so the Gold Coast is always two hours ahead. If you send a message at 4pm on the Gold Coast, it is 2pm in Shenzhen. That conversion helps when you expect a reply or propose a video call; confirm an appointment rather than assuming Ksenia is free at a particular hour.

What should I decide before the ring is made?

Begin with the stone shape, the setting and the band. Tell Ksenia whether the ring will be worn beside a wedding band and what your reference image does not show. ENBOM DIAMONDS makes 18ct gold as standard, with 14ct available on request. If you prefer a lab-grown diamond, ask about the exact centre stone proposed for your quote.

Get the intended finger measured by a local jeweller, or use a ring sizer, and send the size with its sizing system. For a lab-grown centre stone of 0.30 carat or larger, an independent laboratory report is included in the price. Side and pavé stones are not individually reported, so ask which document applies to the ring being quoted.

How much time should I leave for a Gold Coast date?

From order to delivery in Australia, a ring usually takes three to four weeks. Tell Ksenia your proposal or wedding date at the start, then allow time in your plans for choosing the design and confirming the size. Delivery to the Gold Coast is included. ENBOM DIAMONDS carries the risk of loss or damage until delivery and will remake the piece or refund it in full if it is lost or damaged.

If your date includes an outdoor proposal or ceremony, plan that separately from the ring order. The Bureau of Meteorology’s Gold Coast Seaway records show substantially more average rain in February than September. Those historical averages cannot forecast your day; they are a reason to keep an outdoor alternative in mind.

Can I order a lab-grown diamond ring for Gold Coast delivery?

Yes. You can discuss a new custom engagement ring with a lab-grown diamond. Ksenia can consider the shape and setting you want for your particular design. A lab-grown centre stone of 0.30 carat or larger has an independent laboratory report included in the price; side and pavé stones are not individually reported.

Is the Gold Coast on Sydney time in summer?

No. Queensland does not observe daylight saving. When Sydney moves its clocks forward, the Gold Coast stays on UTC+10 and remains two hours ahead of Shenzhen. If you are arranging a video call from the Gold Coast, use Gold Coast time in your message rather than assuming an eastern-state calendar entry has converted correctly.

Are delivery and Australian import charges the same thing?
