Send a reference and say what you want the ring to keep or change. A round stone in a smooth bezel, for example, leaves different questions about band width and setting height than a raised solitaire. Brisbane stays on UTC+10 throughout the year, while Shenzhen stays on UTC+8. Queensland does not observe daylight saving, so Brisbane remains two hours ahead. A 10am Brisbane message reaches Ksenia’s time zone at 8am; a proposed 2pm call is noon in Shenzhen. Allow for that difference when expecting a reply, and confirm a time for a live conversation.

Ask a local Brisbane jeweller to measure the finger that will wear the ring, or use a ring sizer. Send the result and name the sizing system. A different finger, a borrowed ring or a photograph of someone’s hand is a weak substitute for that measurement. If you are planning a surprise and cannot measure the intended finger, tell Ksenia what information you actually have before a size is chosen.

You can also ask about materials during the design discussion. ENBOM DIAMONDS makes 18ct gold as standard and 14ct on request. A lab-grown centre stone of 0.30 carat or larger comes with an independent laboratory report included in the price; smaller side and pavé stones are not individually reported.

Give Ksenia the date on which you need the ring. From order to delivery in Australia, the usual time is three to four weeks. Delivery to Brisbane is included, and ENBOM DIAMONDS carries the risk of loss or damage until delivery. If the piece is lost or damaged before delivery, ENBOM DIAMONDS will remake it or refund it in full.

An outdoor wedding has another booking to manage. Brisbane City Council says exclusive use of a council park site for a wedding requires an application, with a minimum booking of two hours. Check that venue arrangement separately and tell Ksenia your ring deadline, leaving time to make the design decisions without relying on the ceremony booking to set the ring schedule.
